Choose your track

Two pathways. One programme.

Whether you're exploring or already focused, Athar has a track designed for you.

For explorers

General Track

Rotate through two departments inside your host investment company. Get exposure across Investment Analysis, Real Estate, Finance, Compliance & Legal, and Marketing & PR. Designed for students who want breadth before specialising.

  • Two ~2-week rotations inside the host
  • Exposure across five core function areas
  • Coaching on where you'd best specialise

Specialised Track

Embed full-time in one department aligned to your degree. Law students in Legal. CS / SWE majors in IT & Digital. Finance majors in Investment Analysis. Real ownership over a real project.

  • Four weeks embedded in a single department
  • Own a real project end-to-end
  • Direct mentorship from senior practitioners
